1) unpack pcmcia_cs distribution
   % tar zxvf pcmcia-cs-3.1.14.tar.gz

2) cd pcmcia-cs-3.1.14
   % cvs co margi2

3) cp margi2/margi_cs.mk.MAIN margi_cs.mk

4) For ZV support in pcmcia-cs use zv.diff. Remember, this is just the 
   first step to get to watching the output on your notebook's screen.
