Up to [DVB] / margi2

- added ZV patch for pcmcia-cs-3.1.25
- there are still some issues to be resolved for a structured switching on of
  ZV in i83265.c, so that part of the patch was left out by David Hinds

1) unpack pcmcia_cs distribution
   % tar zxvf pcmcia-cs-3.1.14.tar.gz

2) cd pcmcia-cs-3.1.14
   % cvs co margi2

3) cp margi2/margi_cs.mk.MAIN margi_cs.mk

4) For ZV support in pcmcia-cs use zv.diff. Remember, this is just the 
   first step to get to watching the output on your notebook's screen.
   If you have pcmcia-cs versio >= 3.1.25 you need to use zv.diff.3.1.25.
