HMM - I Tried that to. It stil tells me the same.

I tried to mark out the 2 lines 
 
//    if(!SetupCommandBuffer(username,password,netdevice,dvbdevice))

Now it says 
 Connection ....

(I can ping the transponder), Do you have a Clue ??, og maby a working
CyberLogin + ini-file.
