Transponder 103 Software

Ok, fresh from Karsten, here is the latest and greatest software for
using Transponder 103. The main program is dvbd. Run it to have access
to Transponder 103. You can let it become a daemon with '-q' option.

Please keep in mind, that transponder 103 is still in test, and works often
unstable.
