Bring it back and beat the sales druid hard. 14/18 Volts is used for
switching polarities and won't help you, unless you want to watch only
one polarity from astra and the other one from eutelsat.

You will need a Toneburst or DISEqC compatible switch. Order the
DISEqC 2.0 compatible one from Reichelt (www.reichelt.de) for 
DEM 45.00. Order number is 'SAT SPU 21'. I use it, and it works.

If your are planning to extend your satellite arrangement for receiving
4 satellites in future, you may also buy the 'SAT SUR41OS' for 
DEM 59.90. I'm not sure, but it is very likely this switch will use
the Option-Signal as well as the Position-Signal defined in DISEqC,
and the Siemens Card can handle this.
