EON transponder 103 and dvbd 0.03

Hi to the all

I tried to recieve downstream on transponder 103 with the dvbd programm,
but it don't get a response on Proxy 194.177.32.196
Thats what I done:
I made the following file /etc/dvbd.conf

symbolrate 27500000
frequency 12461000
ttk 1
diseqc 0
AFC 0
polarisation 1
filter_0 512
--------------------------

If I starting ./dvbd it takes 2-3 sec. then the following lines appears
every second:

Fsync = 0, Freq = 1861000000, Sync = 127 Afc = 214843 Agc = 271 Nest =
10752 Vber = 0
Fsync = 0, Freq = 1861000000, Sync = 127 Afc = 214843 Agc = 319 Nest =
10240 Vber = 0
Fsync = 0, Freq = 1861000000, Sync = 127 Afc = 214843 Agc = 303 Nest =
9984 Vber = 0

(Agc= and Nest= is changing)

If dvbd is running and I try to conntact the proxy 194.177.32.196
nothing happens...

Is there something wrong in my config file or do I use the wrong
proxy...?

My DVB card and the ISDN card are in the same machine, but this machine
is masqueraded 2 times. This means:
SuSE 6.4 Workstation -> freeBSD 3.2 server (NAT)-> RedHat 6.2 ISDN + DVB
(MASQ)
If I use CyberLogin the whole thing is working, but most of the time
very very slow (more slower than ISDN)

Maybe someone can give me a hint whats wrong with my dvbd config...?
