ftp redirecting to tp103

i'm trying for 2 months to find some piece of software for linux that
will transparently redirect any ftp request made from inside of network
and intercepted by server to one of the EON's proxy's ;
I found non;
 
i have just a bad replacement.
 
to activate the ftp proxy in the browser and
to masq that ip package on to the server.
in that way , the proxy answers to the request;
but it's still ugly because it's not transparent to normal user...
 
 
there is any other solution ?
