At least it looks very similar to the Siemens/ Hauppauge/ Technotrend card (see
http://www.technisat.de/deu/Produkte/show.asp?nr=0000/4092&okat=E&katkey=E0001). And
Technisat is a German company. But we never tested a Technisat card.
