You have to reconvert layer2 to layer3 audio - that's all. Unfortunately
there exists no transcoder to do that job and so you have to decode
layer2 first and encode layer3 afterwards (just use cat
/dev/video|av_pes2aud|mpg123 -s | lame -v).
I have not tested it, but it should work....
