VDR 0.63-deti Update

Hi there,

the EIT parsing code in VDR is buggy. The section length is statically
allocated to 1024 bytes which causes problems with some TSs. There the
section length can be up to twice as the static array. Now it is
allocated dynamically. The event times are now calculated according to
the local time offset. Therefore the timezone of the operating system
must be set correctly (in germany it is Europe/Berlin). 
Now the EIT is only parsed when it is really needed (ShowInfoOnChSwitch
= 1) and it is updated every time the OK key is pressed.

A patch is included.
