Hey, I'm using casema in the Hague which is the slowest ISP in the world or
something. Avg d/l speed is 2.5 kb/s, but it's 24 hr. up and down stream
which is something i need... so now i'm using the upstream from casema and
the astra/eon downstream. the 16kb/s i'm getting from eon is a massive
improvement! And i get more tv channels as a bonus!
