[PATCH] Diseqc Positioner support for VDR 0.66

Hi,

I ported my old patch for diseqc positioner support to the latest VDR version
(0.66). This version of the patch uses the grouping separators to store the
satellite number. The group separator now has the following format:
":group name:satelite number". All the channels below a group separator have
satellite number of the group separator.

I've also included a small tool to convert dvb2000 config files to the
channels.conf format, including group separators and satellite numbers.
