kdvr and kde 2

Hi, 
I am trying to compile kdvr 0.1 with Mandrake 7.2 (kde 2)
Unfortunately the autoconf script fails to find the compatibility includes 
(they are in /usr/lib/kde1-compat/include). I tried "forcing" them, till now 
unsuccesfully. Has someone got this problem and fund a way around?
