[linux-dvb] multichannel sound output anyone?

hi all,

does anybody use multiple/multichannel soundcards to output decoded
ac3 sound?

the dvb-card plus a 4-channel soundcard would give the 5+1 channels
needed for decoded output?

could this be done/ is there a solution?
