ah ja, didnt know that, then this cant be the fault, i now have only those 
channels left in the channels.conf, that i for sure can get, first
telesierra, but still no picture. and no audio. 

And with the now different first channel, the user.log vdr complain
"channel 1 not synced" is still there. there is no feature for scanning
channels in vdr isnt it? i will reboot to windows and look at the
channels i can get, and the values they have, write down one of them exactly.

Then i could try some more driver options, its probably like all of
this linux stuff, after 1 2 or 3 weeks of installing and learning
its all up and running stable as a rock ;-), and one loves it because
of the work that lead to success in the end;-)
do you know anything else i could do? i would appreciate any more hints:-)
