[linux-dvb] 0.8.2 and kernel 2.4.5



compiling the driver with the new kernel results:

it seems to be, that v4l in the kernel is changed. 
how can i use the dvb0.8.2-driver (or another with possible using of kvdr)
with the new kernel.
I need this kernel....with him only works my usb-isdn-terminal-adapter.
