[linux-dvb] Master-Timer 0.1

New Featues:
- It is now possibel to use more than 1 VDR-Instance (for e.g. i have now
  2 DVB-Computers. And in newer VDR-Versions you can limit VDR in which
  card it will grab, so you can start 3 VDRs if you have 3 DVB-Cards in
  one computer (Each with other configs for e.g.))
  (You have to specifie the diffrent instances in the config-file like
  this

  Dest = dvb:2001 dvb2:2001

  the you call master-timer.pl with number of the instance as the first
  argument (e.g. "master-timer.pl 2" for the second VDR-instance)

  in the "torecord"-file there is "yet another field" where you specifie
  to which instance the timer is related

- Timer-Joining is now gets "linaer" slower, with more timers, instead of
  "quatratic"

- Cosmetic September 9th Problem fixed. (You know, the date where the
  Unix-Seonds jump from 9 digits to 10 digits (Now times are sorted
  numeric)
