[linux-dvb] NTSC material on hauppauge cards?

The Siemens/Technotrend/Hauppauge DVB cards work with NTSC.
You should be able to receive NTSC DVB broadcasts with it.

Hard to say. This would depend on the support the manufacturers of the
card and/or the chips are willing to give.
