the list language is english.
Everyone on this list speaks english.
It is likely that postings in other languages will be totally ignored
and it is safe to assume that they will reach far less people and
annoy some people.

If you really want all postings on your local disk,
simply do a 
   wget -m -np http://linuxtv.org/mailinglists/linux-dvb/threads.html

for an interesting alternative, see
