[linux-dvb] DVD playback support for VDR-0.84

Hi everyone,

After messing up dvdplayer, i thought i could do the same to vdr.
So, here it is, vdr with dvd support. The DVD support is almost
the same as in dvdplayer, except the audio decoding has been changed
to account for vdr's buffering mechanism.

My version can be found at:

Implemented features:
    - fast forward
    - basic title selection

Missing features:
    - Chapter skip/selection
    - Audio Channel selection (AC3 channel 0 is hardcoded)
    - fastrewind
    - subtitles (this is eventualy going to be a problem,
      due to vdr's buffering)
    - OSD: progess bar
    - anything else
