I have the same effect. I think, an index in a structure is
misunderstood.

For me:
First title in OSD -> No title on DVD.
Second title in OSD -> First title on DVD.
And so on.

I would call it "non-deterministic behavior". The keystrokes
("Menu","Green") are stored (queued) and are executed later (or are
sometimes lost).
