A couple of months ago, Hauppauge said that they hope to have a "full" DVB-T 
card capable of decoding the UK's encrrypted "ITV Digital" services on sale 
in the UK by Christmas.  I don't know if this will happen though.

The only DVB-T card I've seen advertised anywhere is the Hauppauge NOVA-t 
card.
