This is an "noapic pirq=5,7,10,11,14" setup that makes USB+SMP+Kernel
2.4.1x working on a VIA Chipset (KT133A). A real APIC setup fails due
errors in the APIC-Epox bios. Those guys at Epox did't get a APIC Bios
really working for SMP hardware. The only solutions are workarounds, even
in WinSHIT 2k.
