[linux-dvb] Re: Cannot receive all ip packets!

I've the same problem: I'm not receiving all ip packects. Testing with
tcpdump I expect to receive about 8 Mbps per seconds (the whole IP stream)
but I only receive a few Kbps.

Best regardas,

Manuel

I have no firewall running on my machine. Flushed all iptables rules to
be sure, but no changes. I figured out that in promiscuous mode (tcpdump
-ni dvb0_0) I receive lots of packets. According to my logs the driver
is using the MAC filter I set and two other mac filters. Those seem to
be multicast filters. However only one of these two filters corresponds
to the multicast filters the windows driver sets. Is there any
possibility to deactivate multicast. I only need unicast.
If anyone has an idea of what could be wrong, please help me.

THX
Klaus
