[linux-dvb] not sync'ed on DVB card 1

got
ERROR: channel 3 not sync'ed on DVB card 1!
in /var/log/messages as i tried to switch to channel 3 with vdr

i dont even know what is synced

anyone who can give me a hint?
is it the kernel-module or the vdr or whatever that doesnt run?
