[linux-dvb] Siemens DVB-C HTV Finland - works!

Whoohoooo. Siemens DVB-C now tunes to QAM128 also on the HTV (Finnish Helsinki 
area) network!

But just don't ask me WHY :)

After many hours of frustration, I once again read the ves1820 manual hoping 
there'd be something .. and was looking at the register 1 AGC control 
settings.

For QAM128 it specifies 120.

For QAM64 it specifies 106.

So I changed it to 106 for QAM128 too :-) (it's called the scientific 
approach! probably most values around 106 would do too)

dvbtune locked instantly, not the slightest delay. -v tunes to a channel, -i 
shows all PID's, etc.

Note, this is with the before-NEWSTRUCT drivers. Marko's patch does help a 
little bit for the HEAD drivers, but it's not as reliable or fast as using 
the older drivers (like he said).

Nevertheless, I am happy :-)
