VDR 1.0.4 doesn't work with the latest HEAD driver version.
Use the version available from ftp://ftp.cadsoft.de/vdr/siemens_dvb-0.9.4-2002-06-23.tgz,
or switch to VDR 1.1.14. With 1.1.14 you still need to set NEWSTRUCT=1 when
compiling VDR, but this will soon become obsolete when I make the final
switch to the HEAD driver version in VDR.
