because make insmod loads the DVB kernel modules. You should add the 
lines in DVB/driver/modules.conf to your system wide /etc/modules.conf 
and install your DVB modules by typing 'make install'.

Thenafter the modules are loaded automatically whenever a program tries 
to access the DVB devices.
