[linux-dvb] saa7146_debug

Hi, just checking in case this has been forgotten, but saa7146_debug is still 
set to log a message every time an interrupt occurs in CVS (VERY noisy).. I 
know you can control this in modules.conf, but it seems a bit odd having it 
permanently turned on in the code....
