[linux-dvb] budget oops

Hello,

I've finally found time to test my old budget kernel oops with 
today's (2003-04-23) dvb-kernel CVS.

My config: VIA EPIA 5000 motherboard, kernel 2.4.18, dvb-kernel 
build-2.4 driver, budget Nova-S with BSRV-2 frontend (with
a slow fan blowing on it as it got warm before).

It crashes somewhat reliably after 20-ish channel changes (running 
dvbstream or dvbtune, new process for each channel change). It works 
fine up to then, I guess if I did reboot every 10 channel changes 
it would never crash :-).

It's always at tune or exit time I think, no problem when receiving 
stuff without changing channels (I always run a new process 
when changing channels if that makes a difference).

The oops is in a system call from init, all crashes I had a oops 
log for looked similar, with a similar trace:
