[linux-dvb] Assembler warings in alps_tdlb7 and no /dev/dvb

Hi,

i updated from CVS yesterday (after a longer time without updates).
No i get this warnings during compilation:
gcc -D__KERNEL__ -I/usr/src/linux-2.4.20-gentoo-r2/include -Wall
-Wstrict-prototypes -Wno-trigraphs -O3 -fno-strict-aliasing -fno-common
-fomit-frame-pointer -pipe -mpreferred-stack-boundary=2 -march=k6 -DMODULE
-MD -I ../../include -I . -I.. -nostdinc -iwithprefix include
-DKBUILD_BASENAME=alps_tdlb7 -c -o alps_tdlb7.o alps_tdlb7.c
{standard input}: Assembler messages:
{standard input}:321: Warning: ffffffffffff8f08 shortened to 0000000000000008
{standard input}:687: Warning: 000000000000031a shortened to 000000000000001a
{standard input}:711: Warning: 0000000000000309 shortened to 0000000000000009
{standard input}:1097: Warning: 000000000000031a shortened to 000000000000001a
{standard input}:1121: Warning: 0000000000000309 shortened to 0000000000000009

And the result is that /dev/dvb is missing with this modules (i use the
alps_tdlb7 frontend). I use devfs so the dvb directory with all it's devices
should appear after loading the modules. Which worked before the update.

I'll now try to switch back to some working version.

BTW the Dparm and Root files from Technotrends 2.15 result lot of "av71100:
ARM crashed!" messages.

Greetings
  Nils
