I found that  this version had problems when it came to changing to or from 
channels with the altered QAM etc. The later versions that require all 
parameters in channels.conf work much better. 

I have the 27500 in all lines, but D0 rather than D12 throughout.

Yes, I see this at times - especially when signal is bad. When the signal is 
good I get an immediate lock.
