Do you mean traditional 40x24 8-colour teletext that just happens to be
broadcast alongside the DVB stream, or the high quality
interactive-style services?

If you mean the old-style stuff, there's an excellent 'teletext' plugin
for VDR available.

If you mean the new-style interactive services, then there is no
complete solution as yet. A VDR plugin exists (google for dsmcc) to
decode the MHEG5/MHP carousels into files on hard disk... and there are
2 or 3 free-to-use Java-based MHEG5 interpreters available, but so far
they haven't been integrated...

It's the perfect opportunity to give something useful back to DVB
development, if you have the time/ability =)
