[linux-dvb] problem with nexus-s



Hello,

I tried to install the Nexus-s card on Redhat9 but it didn't work:

I used the linuxtv-dvb-1.0.0-pre1.tar.gz from linuxtv.org.: it seamed to me that it was compiled and installed well.

I installed the xawtv3.88 to visualize channels: it seamed to me that it was compiled and installed well.

*** Whene I lanch the command xawtv I have this error:

   this is xawtv_3.88 running on linux /i686 (2.4.20-8)

   ioctl: VIDIOCGTUNER(tuner=0;name="";rangelow=0;rangehight=0;flag=0x0[];mode=Pal;signal=0) :Argument invalide

**** When I lanch V4l_conf I have this error:

   V4l_conf: using X11 display:0.0

/dev/video [V4l2]:ioctl VIDIOC_QUERYCAP: Invalid argument
