For everyone who got libdvb version 0.5, there was a small error in
the library which didn't show up with out header files (although
technically it should have) but prevented it to compile with the dvb
header files from linuxtv.org. I updated the 0.5 file without changing
the version number, because I only removed 4 letters and I was not
ready to make a new release yet.

The only requirement is that you either have the dvb header files in
/usr/include/linux/dvb or you place the library sources inside the DVB
directory, just like it used to be in the linuxtv.org CVS.
