I remembered, the last time i got analog tv i used the firmware from windows.
So this time again.

Ok, i tried to use scantv. "scantv -a -o senders" scan from 44MHz up to 958
MHz, but the file senders contains no senders. Senders are found like this
console output shows: "??  83.25 MHz (S03 ):   | yes"

But the file senders contains:
---------------------------------------
[global]
freqtab = europe-west

[defaults]
input = Television
norm = PAL
---------------------------------------

If i scan without -a (-a for every frequenz), it tunes the first station (44
MHz) and then the scan stops. I've waited 10min, it doesn't tune to to next
frequenz.

The qualitiy is much better than manual per xawtv.

I think i have little electro smog inside my pc, so i will never get a clear
picture while using analog TV. The picture seems a little bit clearer than in
w2k.
