[linux-dvb] ALPS BSRU6 tuner and low symbol rates

I've been testing out my modifed driver with a card with an ALPS BSRU6 tuner. 
It works fine for channels with high symbol rates, but does not work if the 
symbol rate is < 10MBaud (simply cannot lock to the channel).

The vanilla driver has this problem also. The ALPS BRSU6 docs state the tuner 
has a range from 1MBaud->45MBaud, so it should work.

Anyone else get this/ any ideas?

I've checked the driver against the specs from ALPS, and it is (now) using the 
recommended values.
