Thanks a lot!

However there's one thing I'm not sure about: You changes
in stv0299.c:pll_write() might break saa7146 based cards
with stv0299 frontend. Could some of the frontend gurus
please comment on that? Or could someone with such a card
try the patch? (I don't have hardware to test myself.)

(IIRC Holger told me that the I2C repeater might close
too soon if the open->PLL->close sequence is not carried
out in one i2c_xfer.)
