[linux-dvb] shutdown DEC2000-t / replex

Thanks to the all the kind people from this list who helped me to get
the box up and running and especially to Alex Woods for his
extraordinary patience in dealing with my err.. well... homegrown
configuration problems!

Now there are 2 things cocerning the handling of the box and
postprocessing of .ts - files:

1. Is there a known way to shutdown the DEC2000 after use with the
Linux - driver? On my side, simply unloading the driver wouldn't
set it to a state where it could be managed via remote-control, so the
only way to power off the box after use is to unplug the power cord.

2. Maybe offtopic here (?), but has anybody already given Marcus
Metzler's replex (0.0.6) a try for producing dvd-style mpeg2 and
encountered any problems?

I processed a .ts (cat /dev/dvb/adapter0/dvr0 > foo.ts ,
/ starting with default, later trying various options), and mastered the
resulting .mpg to dvd using dvdauthor 0.6.7. as usual.

In my settop (Pioneer, eats almost everything) the resulting DVD starts
playing, there's sound for about
on or two seconds and then the movie turns into a still picture
(more like it just stops playing than like "freezin'" .

On my side this behaviour is reproducable with various files of my dvb-t
source material.

Could anyone help me to decide whether the problem is in front of or
behind the keyboard ;)?
