[linux-dvb] IP over DVB-T in Ukraine

Hi!
I trying get Internet over DVB-T in Ukraine. My ISP send me following information:
Frequency - 714 MHz
Unicast PID - 20xx
MAC - 0002xxxxxxxx
and spesial number to dialup with static routing to DVB incapsulator

I have the TT DVB-T premium rev 1.2 card with SP8870 demodulator.
Also I have Windows drivers and firmware version 2.16
From Windows card work very well so I have access to Internet, but from Linux
I don't have access to Internet.

I use latest dvb drivers (1.0.1) and kernel 2.4.22
From these drivers I use alps_tldb7 and firmware from Windows drivers.
In dmesg I see - firmware loading OK and DVB card successfully started.
Then I use dvbtune -f 714000000 and have FE_HAS_SIGNAL, FE_HAS_CARRIER and
FE_HAS_LOCK, strenght of signal is very well, and level of errors is low.
Then I start dvb0_0 interface (dvbtune -f 714000000 -n 20xx)
Interface is successfully started.
I setup my MAC on this interface - 
ifconfig dvb0_0 hw ether 00002xxxxxxxx 10.1.1.1 up
Interface is running but no traffic (any!)
tcpdump -ni dvb0_0 shows nothing
Sure, routing is right - my ISP see my outgoing packets on DVB incapsulator,
rp_filter has 0 value.
Also I try setup up the interface with dvbnet - the same problem.

Also I testing driver from kernel-2.6.0 - I get the same problem.
Have anyone the same card and working dvb net interface?

Or best choice change my card to TT budget card Nova-T?
