[linux-dvb] 2.6.1 + 2.6.2rc3 dvb-driver interupt kernel panics (error in dvb_dmx_swfilter_section_copy_dump!?)

hi

does anybody have the same experiences with these kernels?!
2.6.0 does run flawlessly for days.

with kernel 2.6.2rc3 i could take this picture:

the trace shows dvb_dmx_swfilter_section_copy_dump ...

i hope someone can help me with this...it stops me from using newer kernels :( ..
