Now that we branched for 2.4 we can convert CVS HEAD to use
module_param() instead of MODULE_PARM(). This takes care of
non-module parameters automatically.

OK, with dvb_shutdown_timeout==0
  dvb_frontend_internal_ioctl (frontend, FE_INIT, NULL);
is called without prior
  dvb_frontend_internal_ioctl (&fe->frontend, FE_SLEEP, NULL);

Shouldn't make a difference, though.
