I have exactly similar problems running tt dvb-t 1.3 budget card here in
Jyväskylä/Finland. usually it starts in the afternoon and usually
everything is ok in the 21.00 again (yes, I am on vacation :))

I have kernel 2.4.22 and dvb 1.0.1. also tt tt dvb-s 1.3 ff as primary
card.
