Bingo !(?)! I ran some "cold-boot"-tests and I had no failures up to now. My system: EPOX 8K5A2, 2 x rev. 1.3 , 1 Skystar DVB-T, Kernel 2.4.26, dvb-kernel 2.4 branch, VDR 1.3.12 Alfred
