[linux-dvb] PID's in FF and Budget cards

We noticed only now that there is difference in operation 
of FF (hardware decoder) and Budget cards:

Budget card treats pid 0x2000 as full-ts and can get it,
FF card does not recognize this so full-ts is not possible
with this card and pid 0x2000. Anybody can explain why?

Is the full-ts somehow possible with FF card?

It seems that FF card can filter maximally 32 PID's. Is this
true and why it is so?

And last, if stream would be encrypted and one would have CAM
capable of decrypting 32 PID's, can one get then 32 decrypted
streams out of the card?
