I got my Twinhan 1020 DVBS (you didn't specify DVBS or DVBT) card working with
mythtv under Fedora Core 2

My upgrade to Fedora Core 3 made it stop working (I've handled the udev issues
.. it seems that this version of the driver no longer sees the card)

I posted to this list with the specifics (I think) around late Nov., 2004
