Ah yeah, I'm using 2.4.21, but with the v4l patch for 2.4.22-presomething from 
bytesex.org.

For me, sound is working, but still a bit dodgy. Do you occasionally get a 
buzzing noise underlying the sound? I'm using a VCR to provide me with an AV 
signal.. sometimes when I change channel, I hear a continuous buzzing noise 
when I listen to the encoded audio, which goes away if I change channel a 
couple of times (back to the same channel that had the noise). Very weird.

At least its ALWAYS in sync (except sometimes when starting).
