I am using a Hauppauge WinTV DVB-c with QAM_256.
vdr-1.0.3, patched with vdr-1.0.3-AIO-26.05.diff.gz
I changed in dvbapi.c in line 3346:
from Frontend.u.qam.QAM = QAM_64;
to Frontend.u.qam.QAM = QAM_256;
Then I built it with "make DVD=1" (I know, I don't need the AIO for this)
Sometimes if I switch through channels the picture get black (or
not useable) and the sound turns off. I need to switch very often
between the channels, that I get a picture and sound again.
Sometimes it helps to kill vdr and remload the drivers.
Today I want to record something so I programmed vdr, but
seems that vdr was not able to switch to the channel and
so nothing is recorded. There is not even the directory
for the recording created.
Also I get no EPG and I don't know why.
Here are the output from dmesg and /var/log/messages
from today:

http://ytomoe.dyndns.org/messages.log
I hope you can help me. If you need additional information
please contact me.
