If you can't watch live but record, it seems that the additional cards
(who do the recording) work on horizontal, but not the primary used for
live-watching. As you claimed you exchanged the wiring to the LNB, it
seems your primary card has a fault (the DVB-S do not exactly generate
22 khz but about 24 khz, maybe your LNB accepted that signal, but heat
or aging could have changed the values of a resistor, etc. on the card).

So you should exchange the primary with another DVB-S. If the upper
theory is right, live-watching should work but no recording on your
former primary.

You should also check if a 22 khz signal is generated by the DVB-S when
switching.
