[vdr] channels.conf

Hello List,

I know its an old topic, but I could not solve it 'til now!
I searched the ML archive, but without success so..........
here is the question:

How can I generate or get an up to date channels.conf?
dxandy.de has wrong PIDs a.s.o.! 
I tried to compile pscan and xcha...also without access:
"error parsing ost-tune-lib.bla"

If possible I would like to have a tool to scan the "orbit" by myself, write 
a little perl-script to convert it to a format (vdr-1.1.12 or higher) 
likes... and ready.
Possible?
